Often times, I will get excuse after excuse, usually with the response that it is at the fault of my insurance, a blatant lie.

Edgepark claims that it's primary focus is the health of others. Edgepark is a durable medical equipment company, offering various items from breast pumps to continuous glucose monitoring devices for diabetics. I am a type 1 diabetic and have been since I was a child. My endocrinologist recommended that I use Dexcom for glucose monitoring, as a t1d, my levels actually run low instead of high, leading to seizures and at times, hospitalization. Edgepark is a third party medical distribution center that has absolutely no regard for the health of its clients. Every order that I place then leads to a follow up call to make certain that my order has been processed. Often times, I will get excuse after excuse, usually with the response that it is at the fault of my insurance, a blatant lie. My health and well-being relies on the timeliness of their ordering process, which never fails to fall short. I beg you to please do a full investigation of Edgepark. Not only for myself, but for other patrons who must put their health on the line due to their clear negligence. I do fear that I will be asleep, my glucose levels plummet, and will end up in the car of an EMT or medical staff at an emergency room. Their excuses are empty. Feel free to look at other patients reviews of this company. They have absolutely no right to be in the business of health.

Incompetent

So tired of dealing with this incompetent company, every order is a hassle with them. Order for my son's diabetic supplies is once again delayed. Should have shipped 2 weeks ago. Multiple phone calls between Edgepark and insurance companies to find a remedy. They still haven't sent the order even though they have promised to expedite multiple times. This happens every 3 months, this company is absolutely incompetent, and in my opinion negligent and liable for damages. I am tired of spending countless hours on hold getting the run around from these people. I would like my insurance company (Premera Blue Cross) to terminate dealing medical supply orders through Edgepark and allow their insured clients to order directly from the manufacturer like other insurance companies currently do.
