I ordered an arrangement for my mother, it was supposed to get delivered to her at her place of employment. It was not delivered before 4 the way it was supposed to. Driver asked for a different address and wasn't delivered until 9pm. When the arrangement was delivered the chocolate was melted and over all was unsatisfied. I then filed a complaint through them and after filling it my mother starts received text messages asking why there was a complaint filled. She sent me the number and I messaged the person and told them they needed to contact their manager and talk to them about the complaint that it was unnecessary to message my mother when she's not the one who ordered it or filled the complaint as it was a present for her. Anyways there was back and forth through messages and then the owner called me literally yelling at me. I am 100 percent disgusted with the way they handled their business and I would never recommend anyone to do business with them there. It's a frinchise I believe the exact address is 4340 genesse ave, San Diego ca 92117 Resolution Sought After all this going back and forth which was unnecessary I would like to get a refund.
