On 2/4/24 I ordered and paid for an arrangement online to be delivered on 2/14. The order was never fulfilled nor delivered. I've been calling the business and no answer. I was able to leave a voicemail and no call back. I did an online order issue on their website and no response. Very unprofessional to not respond at all and ruined a holiday despite my ordering well in advance to beat the rush. Extremely disappointed. I have receipts and the unfulfilled order status as well. Resolution Sought Refund my money immediately.

I ordered a bouquet of roses with cheesecake & bday balloon for my son. We got dead thanksgiving flowers bouquet and were told by the owner that roses don't come with order even though that's what they advertised. They lied and said it's listed on the site but I have a screenshot and no it is indeed not. The owner offered another bouquet of flowers but I want my money back. I paid for roses so I should've gotten roses. Also it said 1 hour delivery but took 3 and a half. They lied again & claimed it's a separate option but no it is not on their site. $83 for dead flowers cheese cake and a balloon is unacceptable. Corporate said they couldn't help me at all. This is false advertising and overcharging. Resolution Sought Give me a full refund. They have a ton of bad reviews

The customer ordered a flower arrangement which states in the description flowers may vary. We offer one hour delivery for an extra fee, but the customer did not choose this option. The locally owned store offered another flower arrangement and she declined.
