I placed my order on December 8, 2021 and the order has not yet arrived. 2. I wanted to cancel my order. And although it was within the timeframe given by the company, they did not do so and charged for the order almost immediately. 3. I wanted to communicate with them. And I found out that the address they offer is not theirs and the phone is out of order. 4. I can only communicate with them (Cia) by this email service@ailangwth.com and some of the time most of the time they do not answer and if they answer they do so at dawn and the email they send without signature. 5. I placed 2 orders the same day. Order D80KSS46641 has been in transit for 14 days. And although I placed my order on December 8, 2021, they started shipping on December 16, 2021. After I asked. The other order D80FZC00650 was also placed on December 8, 2021 and it has been in transit for 24 days. 6. When I asked for the cancellation of my orders by email they answered me days later that when I receive the items I can request the "refound". So I felt like they forced me to have their products. Resolution Sought Cancellation of orders, get my money back. Or that the orders arrive to begin the return process.

I ordered 3 items from the business and they were paid in full, but never shipped the products. I tried contacting the company via email., doesn't appear to be real address: @acutechild. comOrder#, tracking# provided when order was placed 11/16/21. Resolution Sought Provide the product from the website Smithhair or my refunded amount$ 56.00 plus the shipping charges they tacked on $16.00.
