He said he replaced the dpf filter I asked for old one he said there is a $600 core charge on it and you don't have a core charge 9n dpf filter they cannot reuse a filter Resolution Sought Refund money

It's called a dpf filter but on his vehicle it is actually a turbo and catalytic converter that we replaced. We returned the used parts to Volkswagen for a core refund. Please check your info!! There is nothing to refund him as we didn't not charge him a core charge!!! The part numbers are on his invoice. He can call Volkswagen parts department to confirm!
