On 9/20 I placed an order for about 25 books as a birthday present for myself. I received a confirmation email but never received tracking information. I placed a second order a couple of days later and received it, but never received the first order. I have emailed the seller about ten times and they will not respond. I tried calling them, but they deliberately set up a system that doesn't allow you to ever speak to a human (they state they do that to keep book prices low). I have been buying from this company for probably 35 years and don't know why they have turned into such an unresponsive and crooked company. I'm also filing a complaint with the Connecticut Attorney General. Resolution Sought Send me damn books and respond to your customers when they email you
