I signed my son up to travel abroad to Greece with this company. I have been paying on his trip for over a year. They received a cancellation for 2 other who were to attend the trip. Because of their cancellation EF tours cancelled the trip due to not having enough people. They are charging me a cancellation fee of $300 due to no fault of my own. My end of the agreement was upheld and I was still penalized for canceling. I didn't sign anything agreeing to the cancellation fee and feel it's so unfair to me as a single mom for them to keep $300 of the money I paid into the trip. The other non refundable fees I understand, but to charge me for a cancellation that was out of my control is totally unfair Resolution Sought I would like my $300 refunded to me
