January 2022 I made a $200 deposit as requested by Francis the owner of EFFA AUTO SERVICE to fix my Mercedes Benz. No bill of sale/receipt was given. Months of lies, false promises, false incentives to not take my car somewhere else and never keep his word. He had 3 of my vehicles and never fixed any of them. I received multiple ticket violations on my vehicles that are in the shop. One of the vehicles he said it was fixed. The body work was not done. Went somewhere else to get it done. He used that vehicle as reasons why he hasn't started the Benz yet did d nothing to the additional vehicle as another shop fives it. New lies and reasons; he's working in Baltimore MD, he's dealing wit the inspection, he started, next week he will be done yet never touched the car. I threat to take him to court for depreciation and he said take your car, refusing to carry out his end of our agreement which I deposited $200 to start the work as requested. The car is not operable so he know I could no take the car. I notorized a letter of intent to sue mailed by USPS certified and then n person on video in which I states we can work this out of court. $3,500 for depreciation, ticket violations on my vehicles, and transportation die to your deliberate lies. 30 days passed and he I'd not take any offers I suggested. I texted him and told him coming to get my car etc and we are going to court. Resolution Sought My car and parts.
