Customer Complaint

The construction crew hired by the Effiency Lodge in Carrollton, GA. Has painted or sprayed my car with over spray paint while painting the outside of the building. They claim they asked people to move their car, which they did not and no one knocked on our door to ask us to move the car. They instead proceeded to cover only one back corner of my car with plastic and painted away. When brought to there attention both they worker working and the effiency lodge wanted to tell us that the paint that cover or car was water based paint and that it would simple just wash off. I asked the question as to why would they paint the outside of there business with washable paint and never received a answer back from them then they said they would pay for my car to be washed which they never did and when I took my car to get a estimate done the estimate is 2000 is what it will take to fix my car they said they would pay for the damages they still have not I have the pictures to show where the car was parked and so the paint covering the car. I also have a recording of them both the manager of this lodge and the boss of the workers crew both admitting to the problem and both telling me it was water based and them saying they were going to pay for the damages to my car and nothing has happened. I have asked several times the name of the works company from the manager of this lodge and get no where also I have asked for the corporate phone number to the lodge no response. Resolution Sought I would want the money i spent to be refunded to me since I have now had to pay for it myself to be fixed and be reimbursed for the time I spent doing this. The total of the damages is $2314.00.
