Consumer alleges your company has not returned his call to perform repairs under warranty. Consumer had your company install two units in a duplex he owns in Perris CA in 2020. In one of the units the AC went out in 2021. He called your company who went out to fix it however that fix only worked a couple of days and it went out again. The tenants used a cooler they had to finish off the summer season. This summer again they attempted to use the unit however it still does not work. It turns on and starts blowing cold air then it turns into hot air. Consumer called your company last Monday and was told someone would call him back however as of to date no one has returned his call. Now he calls and no one is answering his calls. Consumer wants your company to repair the unit as soon as possible under warranty. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to repair the unit as soon as possible under warranty.
