I hired this company to get more publicity on Google for my business.I have two times contract for three months from September2021 to March 2022 so I did for six months my contract finish in March 2022 and my monthly payment was 169 I didn't cancel I still have my publicity month to month and I decide to cancel the service I called in February 16 on Friday and I told them I want to cancel he made notes he said someone is going to call me other person call on February 19 on Monday and he told me I have to pay 169 because my due date he was on 16 and I told him that I called on 16 to cancel is not my problem he didn't call me same day I have the received of my contract it was finished on 2022 and this a abuse to charge the full amount of the month of 169 dollars he said I have to pay otherwise I can't cancel and because they were taking out automatically from my checking account I have to go to the bank to blocking this company and the amount I wonder to how many people this company are doing the same thing Resolution Sought I just want to cancel and what is fair I don't owed anything to this company

March 2023 E Gumball contacted our business by phone and started charging fees for services stating they had a contract and called yesterday say an amount over $1000 was due and they had a contract We told them this was a scam and they denied. Resolution Sought Cancel this and remove all charges.
