We called them to have a rat problem taken care of. They never showed or called the first time they were to show up, then a lady came 2 days after this and all she did was sit out 2 black boxes that she didnt even set. We called and complained and on the 31st of dec. They were supposed. to send another person out and they never showed or called. I called on dec. 31st and filed for a refund, today is Jan. 18th and I have called several times about the refund. I have not recieved a refund, a call nothing. Resolution Sought I want the refund.
