I had a crawlspace door installed and continued service since 2019 to treat a rat infestation at my property. After years of no improvement, I switched to another company who informed me the door was installed incorrectly, using wood screws to secure to a concrete wall. Thus preventing the door from closing properly. Remaining an entry way for pest. Their service tech has been at the property several times and never mentioned the open door as an entry. I have hired a new company who has charged me $200 to repair. I attempted to contact Bug Out but have not received a call back. They're service and customer service is poor. Resolution Sought I would like to be compensated the $200 paid to have their work repaired.
