My Ford Edge went in for an oil change and to have a few things looked at; bulb of passenger side mirror for blinker, exhaust leak, tire censor and weather stripping was falling down. Came out with a bill of 294.21 and A BROKEN PASSENGER MIRROR THAT THEY DENIED TOUCHING. The mirror wasn't broken when pulling into the shop. RUDE WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS and didn't disclose price of looking at something. Resolution Sought Mirror fixed and money back for not disclosing the information. An apology!

Our 2021 Jeep with 12000 miles blew a tire. Chrysler said we had to tow it to the nearest dealer for repair. Eide in Pine City was the dealer. The service manager said due to wear all tires needed to be replaced. The service manager Mike Johnson stated that since we did not purchase the vehicle from this dealership, they did not have to give us a loaner. Mile would not call the tire manufacture, Continental to get our tires prorated. We had to do this ourselves. Mile would only had one set of ties in stock for this car and he stated that they were not the best tires. We offered to buy 4 tires and bring them into the dealership and have them install the tires. Mike stated " We cannot do that, if they don't come off our truck we do not install them." Resolution Sought We think this is very poor customer service. We would like an apology.
