I ordered from eightvape.com on August 25, 2022. They assured 5-7 days for shipping from the time of payment. They took money. And yet, the shipping details were false. They claimed attempted DELIVERY for a signature required delivery. I have a ring doorbell, and investigated every days footage from the time the package was 'out for delivery' until today. No attempt has EVER been made. Numerous other reviews cite fraud, scams, failure to fulfill orders, etc. This company is either illegal, or so poorly run that it should not be allowed to operate. People will get hurt. Disposable incomes aren't THAT disposable. I have exhausted their customer service recourse. I've attempted complaints and refunds. All I get are boilerplate responses. This is a bad place. Resolution Sought I want my money back. It's clear I'm not going to receive my shipment. And I'd like the place closed down. A lot of people have apparently been ripped off by this place. Read the reviews. The real ones, not their plants

I ordered some vape supplies and a pod kit after I ordered I seen a lot of bad reviews on these people hundreds where they don't deliver their products, so I've been going back and forth with their costumer service team for a week and the company they use to ship their items eightvape is trying to say my order has been shipped to file a claim with route, who they ship three but the route customer service actually found out my order hasn't even been processed yet after 30 days. Resolution Sought Stop taking peoples hard earned money and refund mine there is even a Facebook group of hundreds of people that has had the same issues there scamming people outta there money.
