This is outrageous.

Every month my husband gets a prescription and it's always on the first of the month well this doctor dr. Rivera cologne always says he's putting in refills but then when we get to the pharmacy on the first of the month which is Tacony Pharmacy they always have a different story either there is no refills they give him the wrong medication they even try to get in touch with the doctor it takes a five six seven day process you can never get through to anybody the secretaries never answer the phone then they ask you if you want to leave a message for other doctors but my doctor is name isn't List It after you leave a message they give you an option at 4 extension but there is no option for an extension for dr. Rivera cologne I've been calling there for three days the pharmacy has been calling my husband has been without his medication out for 4 days which is his mental health medication and he really needs it and I'm really sick and tired of having to call Health insurances and doctors and secretaries and Pharmacy and every month something different oh n the dr never submitted his prior authorization. The insurance company said they are waiting to hear from the dr. I would like his meds on time like the dr orders it. Also I would like the secretary to do her job n return phone calls or answer the phone n do her job. I'm spending so much money In gas its killing my pockets. We r both out of work and times r hard
