They replaced my roof on November 17th. Despite my many requests, as of today's date, I have yet to receive my warranty information and the extra shingles I paid for. I have reached out to the owner, Elizer, several times. Some times he replies and tells me that he will email me the warranty info and drop off the shingles. But then I never hear back from him or get the warranty and shingles. Other times my emails just go unanswered. Awful way to do business and I will not recommend this company to anyone. Resolution Sought Send me my warranty info and the shingles. But asking for what I paid for and what is in my contract. Nothing more.
