I sold my 2014 Mercedes gl 450 to ekonkar for $2000 but it was still a remaining balance due to the finance company of $8,195 on 10/17/24 so since he bought my car for $2,000 I the gave him the $6,195 to payoff the balance of the loan as of this date 12/27/24 it still hasn't been paid Also on the same date 10/17/24 I purchased a 2008 Mercedes r 350 from him for $6,000 I gave $3,000 to him on 10/17/24 took possession of the 08 Mercedes r 350 with 2 remaining payments due in 2 months next payment was made on 11/15/24 of $2,000 with $1,000 due on 12/17/24 I don't think I should give the remaining $1,000 because he gives me the runaround about paying off the 14 mercedes gl 450 as of today he texted me to say the check he sent to the finance company was returned to him the last time I spoke to him concerning this matter i stated to him he could make said payment by phone also I have a temp tag that's expired on 12/17/24 I have no way of registering the 08 Mercedes r 350 so at this point I'm stuck and don't know to do Resolution Sought Reverse all of the contracts
