It was nightmare. I had an appointment with this establishment March 5th 2022 2pm. I was over charged, the vet tech argued with me about him having a blockage, when they did t even exam my beloved cat or he has never been seen at this place of business. They charged me for services I didn't need! They abused my cat! They made his medical issue worse! In 13 hours he went from. Eating / drinking to nothing! In 24 hours he now has blood in his urine to add to the other existing medical conditions! I asked about pain meds! They said it was only a minor operation and he doesn't need it! When I got him fixed, the vet gave him pain meds. I asked them to explain what the meds are for. They refuse to tell.me. I told them I'm paying $1603.90 for treatment you could at least answer the question. They blew .me off! Resolution Sought I would like a refund. I have to take to proper channels before I can take them to court! I reside in the state of California, the business is located in El Cajon of the city of la Mesa.

This owner's cat was examined immediately on arrival and was found to have a life-threatening urethral obstruction. This was explained to the owner, he agreed to the services recommended, signed the estimate and we started veterinary care. The kitty was admitted to the hospital, bloodwork run, he was anesthetized, and the blockage relieved. He was hospitalized until the next day. The owner was then upset at the bill (which was far less than the estimate we had provided) and did a charge back, stating his cat was NOT blocked. I am not sure, considering he has absolutely no medical background, he can say this. My entire staff of 5 was present at the time I did the surgery to relieve the issue and can confirm the cat was indeed obstructed. We will actually be taking him to small claims court to collect the stolen debt he owes us for PROPER and LIFE-SAVING treatment that was provided.

My dog got sick they did not perform xrays as i asked several times, they instead gave me a nausea medicine for my Luna (puppy) after finishing her medicine she started throwing up again and they said wait until tuesday because we are closed for the weekend. my puppy Luna got in critical condition and was at emergency room and hospitalized for an obstruction also they ate so un organized that they cant find my Luna second set of shots this should not be happening with a place that deals with living innocent creatures. Resolution Sought i need who ever apply my puppies shots to be held accountable for not entering her information and for the veterinarian to listen to the owner not just because they have a degree know everything. Especially when i am paying and i want a refund for what i paid them because of them i had to pay emergency fees and extra hospitalization fees
