This Car dealership has consistently stated that I am behind on my car payments/ Service payments. On 03/17/21, I spoke to Norma from the DC as well as Francisco from Topeka Licensing. Norma informed me I owed $1128 dollars to catch up and pay for the tow. I paid that and made my car payments regularly until June 14th when I went in personally to make my payment. I was informed by the gentleman there that I was behind $638.00 dollars. I asked how that was even possible since I made my April and may payments already. plus I dropped an extra $50 each month for my service contract....he couldn't readily tell me why. At that moment I did not make a payment because he said he needed to find out why, as he didn't understand it either. On Wednesday that same week, he telephoned me and asked me to come in so he could show me why they were saying I was behind. I informed him that I could not come in until my day off which was Friday. On Friday, when I went in to the dealership, I was told by the same gentleman that the reason it was showing I was behind, was because on 03/17/21 when I made the $1128 payments, that didn't catch up my payments. I said that Norma had given me and Francisco that total and stated to us both that amount would catch me up and pay for the tow they had paid to retrieve my vehicle for non-payment. I said that's not right and yall need to get your stuff together. Why would Norma give me and Francisco the total to catch me up on my payments of $1128 incorrectly. Resolution Sought This company is constantly ripping people off I just because they are a buy here pay here dealership they feel as if they can do whatever they want when they want and they don't care to try and be an honest place. Just because most of their clients can't afford, or don't have the credit needed to go to a reputable dealer. It's unfair how they treat their customers and have several friends who also have had the same or worst experience with this so called company. JMO they need to be investigated

On March 13, 2020, customer purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain, with 165,181K miles from El Mexicano Auto LLC. In Mid November the engine in the 2012 GMC Terrain it stop working. We offer to pay 25% of labor and parts combined knowing that she didn't have no warranty. The total expenses were $3475. We paid $25% of the total. which ws $868.75, so her balance is $2606.25. On 11/20/2020, the vehicle was delivered to her, she only brought $300 for El Mexicano Auto LLC. We agreed that she will bring the rest in a month, which the total now is $2306.25 and she did not bring it. By my knowledge she was late on her payments not just days but months at a time. She had plenty of oppotunities my Co worker send her letters and phone calls but she never responded. On March 4, 2021 my co-worker send the repo papers because she was still alte on her payments balance of $1094.96 plus the repo was $346. So on her payment she still has a balance due of $340.96. On March 19, 2021, she came and paid $200 on the motor balance, which onw she owes a balance of $2106.25. June 28, 2021, she got all caught up on her payments but she still has remaining balance of $2106 on the motor and labor balance.
