Company Response

Company states: Mr. Tucker came for that service on is vehicle and yes, we told him 300 at first, but it was more labor work than anticipated so we charge 100 extra. What we did to the car is exactly what he described, but we did not burn the pcm. the issue that ended up being was that the harness of the ir did it. shorted and the pcm was not getting ground so therefore did not attivate spark. this is something that we did nothing to occur, its on other car and it lacks wiriing insulation. We had tried fixing the issue we told him that we could not fix it for the siple reason tried every solution. I hired an electrician to who figured out eh prob, he fixed the shoA within the harness and the ir shorted. Mr. Tucker did come and drop a new pcm but I told him after we installed it that the car was still nto running so therefore the pcm wasn't the issue. The harness was the issue for lack of wiring insolation and that ove rtime the wires get dry and the plastic insolation cracks and the copper wires are exposed.
