When smart meter was installed in Oct 2023 there was no Nov 2023 bill, then Dec 2023 the bill was over $700. We have contacted them many times trying to get it straight, paying only what is the correct bill monthly while they say they are looking for old meter. We were told to stop auto pay. We have been paying the monthly bill, this Mar 8 we payed and they started auto pay and charged us again. I called and they need me to call back 29 Mar. They put another request in to finance. We cannot talk to anyone who can resolve this issue. Resolution Sought Would like Electric company to get incorrect meter reading resolved since smart meter installation and quit saying we are late payment when we are not.

As of May 2021 my electric bill has been getting higher than the normal $180.00 a month when 7 people lived in 3457 Carlos Moran CT. As of May there have been 5 people living here and the electric bill has gone up to 245.00 monthly, I have called since September for a meter check to no avail customer service keeps giving me the run around. There was no Texas freeze in El Paso but I think we're being charged please help as this is too much money. Resolution Sought Do an in-depth investigation as I believe they are overcharging us taking advantage of the business being sold out of the city of El Paso, Texas.
