The order was placed around 5:45 pm. I arrived at 6:00 pm to pickup the order, however it was not ready.

On Tuesday 5/05/2020 I arrived to pickup two in-line orders for delivery. The order was placed around 5:45 pm. I arrived at 6:00 pm to pickup the order, however it was not ready. There must have been over 100 people waiting to pickup their order as well, and the staff must have been overwhelmed with orders. I waited three hours and at the end I did not and could not get a answer about why they did not have the order. It must have been lost along with all the other orders. Who knows what happened, but the establishment was not organized a d there did not appear to have any one person in charge. Establish a better system to handle the on-line order business. Put one person in charge of tracking all orders as they come in and when ready clearly mark the name on the bag. Track and issue the order in a timely manner. My two orders were for Doordash clients that never received their food, and were not able to contact the restaurant. The least the restaurant can do is issue an apology and a voucher for the 100.00 each one spent.
