I had paid this company for their "insurance" on my car. They didn't cover anything, ever, and I had submitted a written cancelation of my policy August 31st, 2023. They have repeatedly told me different day and times every time I call. This is ridiculous. Resolution Sought I would like my refund STAT

On August 23, 2022, I paid Elara's Auto Group the above amount for what I thought was a maintenance contract on my 2018 Subaru Impreza. I later found out from my dealership that all I had was an additional warranty on my car. I was misled by their offer letter which I would have turned down if they were honest with their offer. Is there any chance of me getting my money back without having to sue them? Can You help? Resolution Sought Return all my money.
