My landlord bought a new self defrosting refrigerator for me approximately Dec 2023. By November 2024 my frig stopped working ruining my Holidays with family and loosing over 200$ of food. I reported the problem with Frigidaire they made Six appointments and service either did not show up or they supposedly put work orders in but never followed through. One service guy told me that I needed to defrost the freezer myself, only keep ice cream and some food in the freezer, and then told me I should buy a freezer for the rest of my food. Are you kidding me! Now this last guy indicated that I refused having the refrigerator fix and wanted a new one. I am going to be 70 this year, with grand baby living with me and living with minimal food, thank God it is cold out for I need to keep the little I have outside in order to keep cold! Resolution Sought At this point I believe I should get another one! If all possible a different brand for I no longer trust Frigidaire. Please help me! ??

Purchase a refrigerator refrigerator in September of 2024 January of 25 it is no longer working they are giving us a runaround on fixing it and this has been one of 100 complaints with this company. Resolution Sought I would like for them to replace my refrigerator I have insulin that needs to be refrigerated and it's a really bad and convenience I lost some of it and they won't give me another prescription.
