I purchased a game but am unable to access. They require login and an automated email is to be sent to verify. The email never sends. Multiple people have this same complaint and nothing is ever done resulting in many unable to log in to their accounts and access the virtual goods. Resolution Sought Refund/reformation to get the company to actually function as a decent company rather than a predatory business.

The company released a mobile game with the intention of pulling an exit scam. The game Apex Legends mobile. I was charged for in game items that the company is unwilling to refund even though they took the live service game down within 1 year of release and only a mere couple of months after I started spending and Electronic Arts did NOT show any signs they were going to shut the game down and let the player base find out on their own that EA was going to bail with the consumers money. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund provided in the amount of the 110 I unwittingly spent on a scam, or for the game to go back up with what I purchased still intact.
