My complaint is against EA's TOS team for defamation of character because they are trying to label me as a "cheater" when I am not, and they have never provided evidence or anything that would count me as a cheater. The ban took place on my account for Apex Legends on 4/11/2024 while I wasn't on my computer, but I saw the ban the next day when I went to play. This ban is 100 false and has impacted me financially because I can't stream or enter tournaments to make money. I've made over 30 appeals with them, and the TOS team continues to give the same automated bot response: "We have performed all investigations possible and will not reverse the decision." EA TOS Team are lying I get that emailed to me within 15-30 minutes after creating an appeal to them which is impossible to investigate in that amount of time due to numerous amount of tickets they receive what their doing is straight up neglect also to add I spoke with an EA agent in live chat and he reviewed my account and told me my ban for Apex legends was supposed to be overturned which currently as I'm writing you this message it's 10/5/2024 and I spoke with him 2 weeks ago the ban still isn't removed so this is why I'm contacting you guys for help regarding this I am not a cheater I've spent good money on this game and put in over 3,000 hours been playing Apex since season 5 and would like to continue playing once this ban gets resolved here's my EA ID: vChanHorizon Resolution Sought I would like my ban for Apex legends overturned immediately.

This issue has not been properly addressed. I did not break EA’s TOS; over 40 appeals have been sent out and have been closed immediately within 15-30 minutes of sending it with the same automated bot response. There’s been 0 reasoning listed as to what the ban was for. I did not cheat or do anything wrong; this is completely false. I’ve been battling this case for 8 MONTHS! Do you actually believe if I cheated, I would spend this many months trying to get my account back? Absolutely not; I’m innocent, and I want my ban overturned by contacting Help.EA.com does absolutely nothing because they give me the same automated robot response, give me answers EA. Your job is to enforce the ban, which is understandable, but I did not cheat or anything that would break the game's TOS. The game is already sinking because of the lack of updates, matchmaking, and cheaters; the list goes on. Please overturn my ban; I did nothing wrong. EA ID: vChanHorizon
