They advertise as a free gift for completing survey. At the end of survey it congratulations on completing, and was told all I have to is pay for shipping and handling. My prize will be on its way ( fill out survey on 1/06/23 ) my money was taking out on 1/09/23. Call today, 1/23/23 to customer service to find out the 6.99 was a entrenched fee for a drawing at the in of the month. They didn't say I the survey about entrenched fee or a contest drawing. When I asked the guy who company he worded for and when I pressed him about it. He told me he was a 3rd party answering service and couldn't give out the names of the company's he word for. I looked it up on my bank statement and found the company that withdrawal was named ( ELECTRONIC POWER BRANDS .. PH# 1-844-690-4912 TX 75051-8445. I looked this up on internet, couldn't find it .. call the number, and was giving the run around. Resolution Sought I really don't know what to expect it's not the money .. (6.99 ) I just really feel I was scammed. Don't wants anyone else falling for this .. would like my money back or the pot and pan and cover I promised my wife.
