Door to door sales man sold water filtration system to me. He delivered and put different products. System failed and damaged my dishes, shower doors. I want him to remover the system and called him. He blocked me I can't use warranty became no warranty. Please help! He is scammed me. Resolution Sought Refund money and remove the system immediately.

I got a Walter filtration system from element water systems & it started with them not honoring the contract & waiving the first couple month payments so I didn't have to start paying for 3 months & now the installer installed the unit pipe wrong & flooded my wall & room & I've tried calling & texting & leaving messages & can not get a call, text or response back from company or agent of the company I wanted to also speak with corporate & can not find a number or speak to anyone to get the information. They have affected my credit & now cost me a lot of money fixing the water damage. I'm also going to try & find their office to see if I can speak with someone since I had to call off work due to the flood in my room. Their contractors license # 1101318 Phone number: 800-896-4413. This is on my contract but I'm not getting any response. Resolution Sought I would like to have my account zeroed out & some help with the fist if the water damage they have caused. A call from someone to discuss the issues would be great.

Company states: We went to this customers home and explained that the issues had absolutely nothing to do with our system. We are always available to be contacted online or via phone.
