I've been coming to this salon (school) for years. I'm a faithful client. For the most part, I've always had good experiences. I tried a new student today. Her name was Samantha. I showed her my inspiration picture. My hair looked nothing like it. It was flat. The braid was too small. The biggest issue was the ponytail (extension piece). She couldn't get it to stay secured in place. It literally fell out, just minutes from leaving the salon. Most of the curls had fallen out too. I was disappointed. Resolution Sought I understand they are students. Sam was nice. It was unfortunate that I paid for a less than satisfactory service. It completely fell out. It was a big waste of time and money. I'd like a refund . The school is usually good at resolving issues and making them right. I hope they will do something for me. It sucks that my ponytail /style fell out within minutes, especially after I paid $60 for it.
