We were told our electric bill would NEVER be over $13.00 a month. This month it is $347.82. It keeps jumping around in price. We can not get anyone to come out to our house to service it , When were are lucky enough to talk to someone they talk over our head or dis connect us. We are seniors and I feel our salesman took advantage of us. Resolution Sought I want them to correct what needs to be corrected. I know they will charge us to do that which I feel isn't right.

Company states; I am reaching out on behalf of Elevation solar. There was a complaint filed by Mr. Albers. His request was to get a issue fixed at no cost. We went to his home free of charge and restored the internet connection to his solar installation. All issues were resolved. Thank you,

I hired Elevation Solar, LLC to install solar panels on my roof in Carlsbad, CA and paid a $1000 deposit on 3/21/22. They promised a 4 month time span from that point till completion of the project. As of August 3, 2022, they did nothing. When I checked on the status of the project, I was told on 8/3 that they forgot to refile for city permits after I had to modify my order on June 1, 2022 to avoid the back ordered Tesla wall battery unit and replace with another in stock brand. I have been dealing with Matthew Reynolds, the person who got me signed on, to rectify the situation. He gave me the option to cancel with a full refund of my $1000 deposit after apologizing for the fiasco (I have emails from him to prove it). He also asked for another chance for Elevation to do better, but I took the option of canceling and requesting my deposit in the first week of August. After several reminder emails to him, I finally received today, 9/7/22, a cancelation invoice asking me to pay another $500 instead of refunding me my $1000 deposit. Resolution Sought I would like to Elevation Solar, LLC to refund me my $1000 deposit since I had to cancel based on
