We were told our electric bill would NEVER be over $13.00 a month. This month it is $347.82. It keeps jumping around in price. We can not get anyone to come out to our house to service it , When were are lucky enough to talk to someone they talk over our head or dis connect us. We are seniors and I feel our salesman took advantage of us. Resolution Sought I want them to correct what needs to be corrected. I know they will charge us to do that which I feel isn't right.

Company states; I am reaching out on behalf of Elevation solar. There was a complaint filed by Mr. Albers. His request was to get a issue fixed at no cost. We went to his home free of charge and restored the internet connection to his solar installation. All issues were resolved. Thank you,
