Yes I purchased a vehicle from an online auto auction the requested amount was $1, 600 for the car that I purchased and the dealer fees the day that I sent the money and they got it in their hand which they caused me to have to wire the money. Which also cost me another $200 the day after I send the money they tell me that the car is not a running go after telling me it was a diamond in the rough then this particular car was a diamond in the rough it was great well after they got the money in their hands they tell me it doesn't run I'm going to have to pick another car I don't want another car I didn't buy another car I wanted a Ford Taurus the one I purchased but they continue to tell me that they will issue me a refund or get me a replacement I tried for the replacement they would not come up with any that I had agreed to so I said can you please just give me my refund a month after asking for the refund I get a check for $1,120 who which is $480 short of what I sent them for the car they reneged on me now they want to say early termination fee what early termination fees there are no early termination fee they reneged on the car that I purchased therefore early termination fees for what I sent them $1,600 for a car did they told me it was a diamond in the rough and then they tell me it doesn't run and expect me to take a replacement well the ones that I were looking at for a replacement none of them met my criteria so I have to be punished because they renigged on me Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for the 1600 plus the 200 that it cost me to have to wire it to them
