Edwin Rivera while repairing our chimney learned we were looking to have a fence put in the home we just bought. He pressured my 72 yr old husband for a dp of $7,500. w/o even measuring the yard. He insisted my husband rewrite the check to him not the company, Edwin Riveria cashed the check immediatly w/o even 1) making sure we could get a permit, 2) have dig safe come out, 3) MEASURE the property so he would know how much fence I needed. How could he quote a price w/o knowing the exact measurements? I canceled the contract the very same day. He refuses to give us our money back. No call backs from Gina who works at the company or from Edwin Riveria, The contract states we have 3 business days to resind the contract. We did, the first hour. He bullied us, he never intended to put a fence up. He conned us. Resolution Sought FULL refund of $7,500.00
