15 months later we still haven't closed on our house

Jake Pena builds a great house, but when things don’t go smoothly he won’t respond to you. We can’t close on the house we payed for because there is a lien on the property to a local lumber yard. We payed all the bills Elite Comstruction billed us for including the money listed in this lien. His time frames for a completed build are totally inaccurate. He continues to build new homes when ours hasn’t closed yet. We were able to move in, but can’t get insurance because we don’t hold title to the property. We had to hire an attorney.
