Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Elite Contractors Group Florida was contracted to do a renovation of my master bathroom and ceiling in the living room due to a water leak. I made contact with Mr. Giovanni Machin (Owner) and signed a contract for the companies services. A renovation that was estimated to take 3 weeks, 4 weeks at the most. This renovation is still on going and it's been 4 months. I have paid 80% of the total bill out of good faith. Mr. Machin refused to finish the renovation without receiving full payment. He stated that he has completed this renovation. The contract I signed states that half of the money of the renovation is due prior to starting and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the renovation. Mr. Machin Elite has threatened to take me to collections if I don't pay the remaining balance prior to the job being finished. This has been a nightmare dealing with Elite Contractors Group. They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my family's personal life and time. There has been several times where worker's would not show up on scheduled days. I would have to contact Elite Contractors Group and they blame it on miscommunication. My wife, mother and I have had to take several days off of work and cancel several doctor's appointment due to their "No call, no shows." They have damaged and throw away more of my property than they have fixed during this renovation. I am very disappointed and disgusted with Elite Contractors Group in their work ethic. Resolution Sought I would like (Elite Contractors Group) to finish my renovation before paying the remaining balance. This is no way to treat a customer that has been more than patient with their company.
