I bought a tracker from them that never work, I contacted the customer services between a week of received and they me to send a picture and video, at the end I sent the tracker back, after an email back and forth they sent me a return policy saying that their policy do not allow for refund. Resolution Sought Request the refund or send me a new one

I have emailed the company and only received a few replies. I placed an order on December 31, 2022 and only received a part of my order. At this point I am so frustrated with this company that I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card and make sure everyone is aware of what a scam this company truly is. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I could leave this company zero stars I would. Resolution Sought I'd like the business refund me for the full amount and to deliver the rest of my order. I am furious.
