I had a garage door repaired. The springs were replaced, He did give me a quote before replacing. When he finished, while testing the springs the motor did not work. Mr. Elliott told me he had another job to do but he had a motor in his truck. He immediately took the motor and changed it without giving me an estimate of how much it would cost. At the end he did an estimate on his phone, not letting me know. All he left on my phone was the price for the Springs and the price for the motor all including labor together. He took everything rushing out in his truck while I was looking for the message he left on my phone. I called him to let him know I needed an itemized receipt to show my daughter who takes care of my expenses. He indicated they don't give itemize copy receipts. I'm a disable widow senior 83 years old was alone at the time this happened. Please help me in letting me know what can I do. Im not knowledgeable with computers there fore I need hard copies of receipts to show my expenses when needed. Resolution Sought I have checked prices of the parts that were replaced. I feel this person has over charge me, took advantage of a disable widow, senior, alone at the time. I would like to show over charges and receive credit since I am on a low budget
