Elite scammed my family member (who's on disability w English as second language) into getting solar panels. Made verbal promises that were different from what's written in the contract about giving high kilowatts, warranty terms, and savings. Ran her credit check without her knowing and then announced that she was approved for 27K loan! Didn't give an option for financing project and chose his own loan company. Didn't let her read 15-page agreement sent to her email and had her initial it in a matter of seconds on her phone. Lied she'd be saving money even tho she said she's on lifeline discount thru city and also has money reimbursed every year. Company installed solar panels in the wrong place. Office wasn't even aware of mistake, until we notified them. Then after realizing they messed up, tried convincing us to keep it there. Left hazard of the cord hanging loose from roof. Feel super unsafe with their work. High pressure sales. Guy from financial dept kept pushing to sign for release of funds. Family member on limited income, realized that with the deal they gave, solar panels weren't even needed and would cost her more than staying with LADWP (loan payment plus STILL buying electricity from city). They GROSSLY overcharged her (double of $ per kilowatt) AND breached their own contract. Ignored our requests to have equipment removed and contract canceled. HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL experience! NEVER want to deal with this dishonest company again! Resolution Sought Family feels very unsafe with the work done and doesn't want to have any financial or business relationship with Elite. We just want to have contract terminated, loan cancelled, and solar panels removed, leaving our property in the original state, as it was prior to installation.

Solor panels were put on the ROOF about 3 months ago and last month I received a contract saying if I wanted to cancel I had three days. When speaking with Elite was told that the panels were on the ROOF. My reply was so we're stuck with these panels. We have non working panels and are still being charged for something that is not working. No has called for an update. Never received a copy of the contract for solor panel and also the number that was on there to cancel was a non working number. Three payments have beenmade to SCE for the monthly bill and from what I see there is no need for solor panels!!!. I feel taken advantage of. At this point I just want the panels GONE!!! Resolution Sought Take panels off the roof and adjust the bill.

Hi, we spoke to Mrs. Still daughter Natasha and informed her the project is completed. All we are waiting for is for the city to turn it on which this is not in Elite Home Remodeling's hands. Also Mrs. Still's daughter Natasha decided to cannel the contract after the solar panels were installed. Neither of them cancelled between the 3-5 days provided for cancellation. I personally spoke to Natasha about a week ago and informed her all we are waiting for is for the city to turn it on. There's no much we can do.
