Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. I contacted Elite Rooter to check into a sewer back up. The technician Matt, informed me that it was a broken pipe and explained that it was close to the house where two pipes connect, also will replace the pipes that connect to the City's sewer. (Permit required). He also included Sewer line replacement by using a method called Trenchless technique, or Pipe Bursting. I asked if i could think about it since i was in a hurry to go to work. At this he sounded annoyed and insisted to finish with everything or he will charge $1000.00 for the inspection, and he proceeded to set up an account with Synchrony which I authorized for payment at the end of the job. I asked for a business card, the Job Contract, and evidence of the damage pipe, which he assured it will be e mail to me. As work proceeded I tried to reach out to Elite, for the contract and about "Pipe Bursting" since I found out this, thecnic was not used on plastic pipes. I was in panic, I have no proof that this was done except that they charged a huge amount of money. I contacted Elite and spoked with Keith. Then to Matt. They did not want to say much but agree to meet at my house but did not showed up. Resolution Sought I want to get $6,900.00 back. The full amount was $9,600.00. I took responsibility for part of this bill
