I expect an apology and I expect for this young lady be fired

A woman hold me to offer their services from this company, I explained to her that I already had solar please take me off your call or list. She in turn said to me that I didn't have to yell at her I told her I'm not yelling at you, she called me a b**** and hung up on me. I called the company back and spoke to a young man and ask him if he could look up who I had just spoken to on the phone he told me he did not have the ability to do that I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me there was no supervisor in the room I expect a full apology from this company. Are they allowed to do that tell people off yelling people call them names be belligerent how dare they. I expect an apology and I expect for this young lady be fired and if that is their practice and they need to be put out of business I am almost 70 years old I'm not going to take name-calling from something snot-nosed little kid the girl that called me obviously has no respect and no manners for her Elders whatsoever
