I am writing to formally report a fraudulent job opportunity posted by a company operating under the name Elite Strategic Solutions. This company recruits young professionals under false pretenses and misrepresents job positions in order to lure applicants into deceptive sales roles. I recently applied for a Client Support Agent position through Indeed, which stated that the role required a marketing background and offered a stable salary. A few days later, I received a text message from someone claiming to be from Elite Strategic Solutions' HR department. They did not provide any confirmation via email or any legitimate company correspondence, but they scheduled an interview with me nonetheless. To accommodate this interview, I left work early and lost over $1,000 in overtime pay, only to later discover that the company is a well-documented scam that has changed names multiple times to continue its deceptive operations. They falsely advertise high salaries, leadership opportunities, and office roles, when in reality, they are recruiting individuals for door-to-door sales positions without disclosing this upfront. When I asked for more details about the company, salary, and job expectations, they refused to provide clear answers. Additionally, in a text exchange, the recruiter admitted that they deliberately hide their company name and blame Indeed for the lack of transparency. This company is actively deceiving job seekers, many of whom are young professiona Resolution Sought 1. I request that Elite Strategic Solutions be investigated and shut down to prevent further fraudulent activity. Due to the financial loss I incurred as a direct result of their deception, I am seeking compensation in the amount of $2,000. I will also be filing formal complaints with the FTC and the State Attorney General's Office to ensure that this company is held accountable. I am happy to provide supporting evidence, including text message exchanges, proving their deceptive practices.
