Elite water solutions installed a whole house purification system on my new home July 27th of 2020. I got the system because the Tech tested my water and told me it was awful it's awful and should not be drunk or cooked with. He also told me that it's probably the reason my boy's eczema was getting worse which came up because I asked if this system will help with dry skin issues. Well for the sake of my family we purchase the system and after they installed this system I had to call them back out a few days later because the pipe under my kitchen sink started leaking water everywhere. But that was no problem they came right back out and fixed it especially since they told me that the maintenance was free and that the system had a lifetime warranty. Now the system worked fine from August to December. But that quickly came to a halt because in January I noticed that the water was way different and so I went out and checked the system and noticed that the system wasn't working properly and that there was no power at all. So I'll call only to get the answering machine and to my surprise it was full. So I couldn't leave a message, the message, but I kept trying to call and call and call only to be able to accomplish nothing. Finally after many many attempts we get through and I am finally able to leave a message but no one calls me back. So now I am fed up so I call on September 14th, 2021 again and now they have added to the answermachine that if u have service issue call puronic Resolution Sought I just wish they would come get this system and zero it out so that it does affect my credit. I also feel that I should be entitled to a full refund since they breached the contract we had with one another because they never held up their end of the contract at all. And since I have upheld my end by paying my bill faithfully on time and never missing a single payment. Total cost financed= $9495 Total cost paid= $2240 (14 months × $160) Total cost unpaid= $7255 (55 months + $55).
