I took my car in to Elk Grove Toyota to get the starter replaced and I get my car back with a greasy shifter from their mechanics hands. Resolution Sought I desire a complete refund . Acknowledgment from the business. I sent them a picture of the greasy shifter and they just said thank you for your feedback.

Company states: I want to apologize for your experience at our Service Center. I wanted to offer to clean the interior of your vehicle that got greasy from our staff. This is not the type of service we want any of our customers to receive. We are also happy to fill half of your gas tank for the inconvenience. We did address those concerns right away. Please let me know a day and time that works best for you. I hope to hear from you soon.
