Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Larkspur apartments is terrible they tell you your rent is one price but then go behind you back and raise your rent when its not supposed to he raised they charge outrageous fees that they tack on $85 dollar late fees I've never heard of any business doing that they refuse to fix anything that needs fixing there was a apartment fire back in February of this year all they did was board up the apartment and its still sitting that way they have mad effort to even fix it back up the bugs here are something else they was asked to have a exterminator come out and spray they still haven't done that I have a CPO order on one of the tenants across the way and this person can't be within 50 feet of me, we asked the property manager if we could be moved, she claims they didn't have an apartment open, but yet continues to move people in she was supposed to be working with us, cause my vehicle is down I'm trying to get it fixed rents been late, but she is refusing to work with us, we have been upfront with her since this happened. I am on a fixed income and can only do so much. Resolution Sought Give us time to get things in order can't really do anything with my vehicle down, doing my best stop tacking on outrageous fees as I'm on a fixed income.
