The contractor took most of the payments and didn't do the whole job. Resolution Sought Refund us our money so we can get someone else to finish the job before the winter.

Company states; When i started this job the contract was for Homeowner to give 50k up front, homeowner only gave me 30k. Now 30k was not enough to demo a complete 2nd floor and to rebuild. Labor and materials. Since the money was not enough therefore, we struggle to build the house on time, which we suffer some damage to1st floor due to a heavy storm, which cost us 15000 in repair. Than homeowner never followed the payments schedule per our agreement. Therefore the job kept getting delayed. When Homeowner finally was ready with the money i wasn't able to work due to a brain surgery that i recently have. So, he hired someone else. After all the expenses the homeowner actually owes me 8500.
