My windshield on my truck was broke by rock that flew off back of a work truck contacted Company was referred to Elrod glass in Benton Arkansas. I live in Cabot this happened in Jacksonville was told to drive to Benton Arkansas to replace my windshield had to reschedule a couple of times was told I needed to pay a $25 rescheduling fee, when I told him that, that was wrong and that I could not drive at dark. They informed me, I still need to pay and it didn't get dark till 9 o'clock this was the supervisor I spoke with, they were very mean and, when I had informed the lady that it was not proper customer service to inform Customer of that, she proceeded to tell me that it was not proper to keep her calling and rescheduling. I informed her of the Corona-virus she said she was aware and hung up on me. And this is after I informed the company that my other half had the stomach bug. I am very disgusted and I think it is wrong that is OK for a company to treat their customers like this. Whatever needs to be done to let people know that this company is not well mannered or does not work with you in anyway on any situation they are just out to get your money thank you.
