Phone your customers back grow up be respectful and responsible!

Called 2 weeks ago receptionist made an appointment for Mike to come to our property for a new gate opener and a possibility to look at a new updated version of opening and closing gate with electronic/ May 19 between 11:00-11:30 no call nothing. I phoned left message no return call on Monday next business day / I phoned 2 more times never received a phone call back no apology or we will be out there another day nothing. I want buyers to be aware of this company than the receptionist when I tried to refresh her memory of our conversation she tried to put the blame on me the paying customer/ BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Phone your customers back grow up be respectful and responsible!
