To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint against Embarque La Plaza, a shipping and cargo business located at 706 Amboy Ave, Perth Amboy, New Jersey 08861. On April 28th, 2025, I used their services to send a box containing valuable personal items to a recipient in the Dominican Republic. The items in the box were worth significantly more than the compensation I eventually received. This is not their first time. The shipment was never delivered as expected. I was initially told by the company that the box had been "lost." Later, I was informed that the box had been delivered to the wrong location. Even more confusing, my contact in the Dominican Republic was later told that the box is actually sitting at their warehouse in the Dominican Republic, "ready to be delivered." However, when we inquired about completing the delivery, we were told the package could no longer be delivered because I had accepted a $350 insurance settlement. This situation is highly suspicious, inconsistent, and deeply concerning. It appears that the business may be engaged in deceptive practices, potentially scamming its customers by: 1. Providing conflicting information about the status of the shipment. 2. Refusing to release packages that they now claim are in their possession. 3. Offering low insurance compensation that does not match the actual value of the items lost. 4. Manipulating customers into accepting partial payments in exchange for d Resolution Sought The immediate delivery of my package to the intended recipient, or • A fair and full compensation that reflects the true value of the contents, which greatly exceeded $350. I am willing to cooperate with an investigation and can provide any further documentation, messages, or proof necessary. This matter is not only about financial loss — it is about integrity, consumer trust, and accountability. I hope the appropriate authorities or agencies will take this matter seriously and look
