This is the letter we sent to the company, but have not heard back. Hello, We have tried to contact you within business hours at 424-210-9207 but stated not calling within hours which is untrue. My 76-year-old mother bought this product in July without understanding the amount. She called right away and was told order was already placed and she had to try at least two months worth and was charged $244.70 for 5 months. At this time my 76-year-old mother stated fine, but I don't want any more after this due to her being on a fixed income. On Friday, December 16 she got a new 5 months supply. Since it was on her debit card you have already taken out the money. We are trying to figure out how to resolve this problem where she returns the product and gets a full refund. I received and billed for an order I did not place for 240 GO Gummies. Resolution Sought Refund the disputed amount of $219.80 plus the UPS charge of $17.16 to return the Gummies for a total of $236.96.
