Hardware is put in wrong or cheap. Left glass, windows are in wrong, mold, flags from gas company, house is smaller, holes in floors. Electricity problems, mice, plumbing issues outside railing is held by wood blocks, cement in grass, drywall cut and left pieces, same front door, did not rebuild house the same, cashed 180,000$ check I didn't sign for. Cracked side walk didn't fix front gate. Resolution Sought Reimbursement or work needs to be fixed.

We at Emergency Services take pride in our work and by No means would hurt anyone, the only fault we take is the job took a little while longer than expected. We tried to work with Ms. Vickrey on multiple occasions. I have personally sent my crews out there and she refused to let them in and then completely stop answering our calls. Most of the items on this list are negligence on their part. I'm not sure you're aware but there is a quite a few people that live in that home.

Railing in living room came out of wall (one side hanging off causing all the posts in railing to fall down steps. The railing in basement has no posts (where my grandson fell through) other side of railing completely fell out of wall. There is mold in basement bathroom. The restoration company took part of wall out. I had to call them and remind them they left fans running in bathroom for days. Back room has decent size hole in corner carpet was just laid over. Dents in front door looked unlevel frame is not in completely the door wouldnt shut or lock correctly. Sink would shake when garbage disposal was on. wasnt caulked in just sitting on plastic peices. causing sink to fall and broke disposal. There is gap in between steps and wall random wood just sitting there (basement steps). Water from tub was leaking through living room lights causing ceiling to slowly break and fall. sky light was never touched. Hung up clothes in each closet they all fell no sooner later.

Our original response remains our final position. We would also like to add, this job was originally completed 3 years ago with a 1year warranty. However, as a courtesy to our customer we did return to address some concerns. We started this job, 7/22/2019, Original invoice date, 8/15/2019. At this point, we have no further contractual agreement with this customer.
