Great attention to detail, highly organized and direct access to lawyers with autonomy

eMinutes is awesome. Their a team of lawyers who truly care and are willing to be flexible to your personalized needs. The process to set up my S-Corp took a few minutes using their automated site. On the backend they are highly organized and provided me direct access to highly-competent lawyers who have autonomy to make decisions on the fly. Amazing. What does this mean? Their service may cost a bit more than other services but they handle all of the paperwork and processing proving you updates every step of the way. They're super detailed oriented and any question I had they responded quickly and thoroughly. The best part is you have direct 1:1 relationship with a lawyer who knows the process and is willing to disambiguate complexities and answer questions anytime. Their back end system organizes all the documentation so it's not lost in your emails. The best part is the level of autonomy the lawyers have; they are willing to customize costs and service levels depending on what your unique needs. Wow! On the spot without asking a manager! They removed a couple elements of their service for me to bring the cost down a bit. For me I didn't need those levels of service and they were happy to make modifications for me. I highly recommend eMinutes and the competent and caring staff over there.

Eminutes Reserves the Right Fire Clients At the Drop of A Hat

I had multiple companies enrolled with Eminutes, around ten or so, and service was good. I recently set about enrolling a few more LLCs. One company hadn't had the proper filing done since 2011 and I needed to have it brought up to date prior to dissolving. In the enrollment process I indicated I would be dissolving it. Very shortly after I received a curt email letting me know that Eminutes was declining service because I intended to dissolve it soon thereafter. The tone of the reply was curt bordering on disdainful (the explanation was that their service is to cheap as not to warrant paying a whole year for brief service that would have taken them 15 minutes). For the rest of my enrollments I had also indicated some companies would be paid for the current month and some would be started and paid for the following month. However, for those I started receiving multiple consecutive email reminders for payment. I sent a response asking them to please stop "spamming" me on these companies and adding I would respond to their emails ASAP. The next day I received an email stating: "Thank you for your email. Our review of your entities indicates that we must ask you to refer your corporate maintenance matters to another law firm. Of course, we are hopeful that you will understand this action is intended to control the direction of our practice. Thank you for permitting us to assist you to date." When I further inquired about this turn of events I was then told: "The decision to discontinue our service was based on the series of emails we receive from you. It is our firm's goal that all of our clients are happy with the service we provide, including the manner in which communicate. Reviewing the correspondence from the recent enrollments showed that you were not happy with the communications with our firm, specifically the emails we were sending to you. At one point, you asked us to stop "spamming" you." So, basically, the Eminutes response to me was: We take no responsibility for customer service, and in fact, TAKE A HIKE.
